Experience
Sagar is a Certified Public Accountant and the Principal at Full Cycle CFO, a full-service virtual accounting and tax firm. He began his career in California at a small accounting and tax firm. Has worked in various tax groups at Ernst & Young, RSM, and Deloitte & Touche, expanding his knowledge of the accounting and tax industries. He has experience in hedge funds, private equity funds, graphic design, bars and restaurants, retail, manufacturing and distribution, healthcare, real estate, professional services, and more. Sagar specializes in tax accounting and has successfully served a range of clients, including individuals, entrepreneurs, and corporate professionals. He can help your company accomplish important business goals utilizing his accounting and finance knowledge. His MBA background combined with his CPA gives him a unique insight into business and helping them succeed.
Education
Sagar earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and is a licensed CPA in New Jersey and New York. He also obtained his Master of Business Administration from Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business.

What led him to create Full Cycle CFO was this lifelong journey for information tied to working with passionate and knowledgeable teams. What he enjoys most about his career is the entrepreneurial spirit seen among business owners. Maria Beechan, CB, Account Manager
Experience
An accomplished accounting, finance, and human resources professional, Maria has a long track record of helping small businesses and large organizations implement more effective processes and strategies. She has worked across industries, delivering expertise in day-to-day operations, talent management, and global systems improvement.
As Accounting Manager for a wholesaler/retailer serving commercial and industrial customers, Maria was responsible for collections, sales and tax filings, month-end duties, special projects and overseeing accounts receivable. She reported directly to the business’ owner and worked closely with a CPA to produce financials. Earlier in her career, Maria was Accounting and Administration Manager for a refrigeration and HVAC company, where she handled bookkeeping functions and managed staff, among many other responsibilities.
She was also Controller for a technology manufacturer serving the government sector. Her prior roles include Owner of an independent bookkeeping and accounting practice, Controller at a manufacturing business and Controller and HR Manager for a payroll and payroll tax-processing company.
Education
Maria holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Chapman University and participates in numerous professional organizations and activities. She participates in continuing education to maintain her Certified Bookkeeper Designation from the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers.
She has worked across industries, delivering expertise in day-to-day operations, talent management and global systems improvement. She now brings this expertise to our clients’ businesses.
Thea Ruyeras, Staff Accountant
Experience
Before joining Full Cycle CFO, Thea became really good at accounts receivable transactions and organizing things. She worked as an accounting analyst in the Philippines for a retail company for almost three years. This experience helped her learn a lot about numbers and how to manage things well. She sharpened her skills in organizing and paying close attention to details. She also got better at managing her time and thinking carefully.
Education
She finished her studies at Notre Dame of Dadiangas University in the Philippines, getting a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Financial Management. She plans to get a master’s degree later on.
With her dual proficiency in accounting, she brings exceptional organizational skills.
Flor Acosta, Staff Accountant

Flor brings a unique combination of skills from her experiences in both accounting and sales, ensuring that she not only manage financial records and reports but also build strong relationships with clients.
She is an experienced Accounting Associate and Sales Agent with a passion for providing top-notch virtual assistance services. With a strong background in financial management, bookkeeping, and customer relations, She is well-versed in handling a variety of tasks efficiently and accurately.
Her commitment to detail, problem-solving, and helping businesses succeed drives her to go above and beyond in everything she do. In addition to her professional expertise, She is also skilled in communication, data entry, and organization, making her a reliable partner for managing administrative tasks and supporting business goals.

Flor graduated in Holy Trinity College of Bachelor of Science in Accounting Technology.

Before joining Full Cycle CFO, Christian became a Top Performing salesperson on real estate in the Philippines. He worked as a real estate salesperson for a sales and marketing firm in the Philippines for almost three years. Real estate experienced helped him learned to understand the process of Sales and Marketing. He improved his skills on editing and lead generation for marketing and customer relation for sales. He was also able to generate multiple sales for the firm.
Education
He graduated with Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering at First Asia Institute of Technology and Humanities in the Philippines. He is also a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the Philippines.
