Principal

Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA from Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business. Licensed Certified Public Accountant in both New Jersey and New York.

Sagar is the Principal of Full Cycle CFO, a full-service virtual accounting and tax firm. He began his career at a boutique firm in California, then advanced through roles at global leaders including Ernst & Young, RSM, and Deloitte & Touche. He has advised clients across hedge funds, private equity, healthcare, retail, real estate, graphic design, manufacturing, and professional services. His core focus is tax accounting, where he provides strategic, high-impact guidance to individuals, entrepreneurs, and corporate professionals.

Enrico Liebenberg

Team Lead & Senior Accountant

Enrico is a Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of experience in financial management, consulting, and private banking. He leads the team with a calm, decisive approach and a genuine commitment to client success and team development.

Maria Beechan, CB

Account Manager

Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Chapman University. Maintains her Certified Bookkeeper designation through the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers with ongoing continuing education.

Maria brings extensive expertise across accounting, finance, and human resources. Her career spans leadership roles including Accounting Manager for a commercial and industrial wholesaler/retailer, Accounting and Administration Manager for an HVAC company, and Controller positions at a government-sector technology manufacturer and a payroll services firm. She has also run her own independent bookkeeping and accounting practice.

Victor Pascanu

Operations Lead

Bachelor of Business Administration and Management from Lucian Blaga University of Sibiu. Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute.

Victor brings extensive experience in operations and project management. His strategic mindset and passion for finding efficiencies help our team and clients succeed.

Rebecca Varon, CPA

Onboarding Specialist

Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Accounting, and a Graduate Certificate in Professional Accounting, both from McGill University. Licensed CPA Auditor through the Quebec Order of Chartered Professional Accountants (CPA Canada) — CPA CA.

Rebecca is a CPA with a deep skill set from working as a controller for a SaaS company as well as an auditor for Deloitte. She provides valuable expertise through an intimate knowledge of a variety of businesses, consistent attention to detail, and reliable communication.

Thea Ruyeras

Staff Accountant

Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Financial Management, from Notre Dame of Dadiangas University.

Thea worked as an accounting analyst for nearly three years at a retail company in the Philippines, building a strong foundation in accounts receivable, financial data management, and operations. She brings exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Dora Anwana

Staff Accountant

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting, both from the University of Cape Town. Licensed Certified Chartered Accountant through The South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA).

Dora brings comprehensive financial expertise, a CA qualification, and a strategic approach to accounting — supporting clients with accuracy, regulatory compliance, and a passion for delivering actionable insights.

Flor Acosta

Junior Accountant

Bachelor of Science in Accounting Technology from Holy Trinity College, with a solid foundation in financial and business processes.

Flor combines accounting expertise with sales experience, excelling in financial management, bookkeeping, and customer service. With a background as an Accounting Associate and Sales Agent, she pairs precision and problem-solving with strong client relationships, communication, and organization.

Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from ABE International Business College, and a Master of Business Administration (General MBA) from Philippine Christian University. Certified QBO ProAdvisor Level 1 and 2, Certified QBO Bookkeeper, and Xero Advisor Certified.

Romil Anhao

AP Accountant

Bachelor of Science in Accounting Technology from Holy Trinity College of General Santos City. His education drives him to become a flexible individual in his profession.

Romil brings nearly six years of accounting experience spanning general accounting, invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and Philippine taxation. He spent four years managing the Accounts Payable department for a Malaysian-based company in a shared services environment, collaborating with vendors across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and the United States.
