He began his career at a boutique firm in California, then advanced through roles at global leaders such as Ernst & Young, RSM, and Deloitte & Touche. These experiences solidified his expertise in both accounting and taxation.

Throughout his career, Sagar has advised clients across a wide range of industries—including hedge funds, private equity, healthcare, retail, real estate, graphic design, manufacturing, and professional services. His core focus is tax accounting, where he provides strategic, high-impact guidance to individuals, entrepreneurs, and corporate professionals.

Blending technical precision with a strategic mindset, Sagar draws on his CPA background and MBA training to help clients navigate complex financial landscapes and achieve their business goals.

Maria holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Chapman University and stays actively engaged in the accounting community through various professional organizations and activities. She is committed to ongoing learning and regularly completes continuing education to maintain her Certified Bookkeeper designation through the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers.

Maria is an accomplished professional with extensive expertise in accounting, finance, and human resources. She brings a well-rounded perspective to every role, drawing on a successful track record of improving processes and strategies for both small businesses and large organizations across multiple industries.
Her career spans key leadership roles, including Accounting Manager for a wholesaler and retailer serving commercial and industrial clients, where she oversaw collections, sales and tax filings, month-end close, special projects, and accounts receivable. In this role, she worked closely with the business owner and collaborated with a CPA to deliver accurate, timely financial reporting.
Previously, Maria served as Accounting and Administration Manager for a refrigeration and HVAC company, where she managed staff and handled core bookkeeping functions. She has also held Controller roles at a technology manufacturer in the government sector, a manufacturing company, and a payroll services firm—where she additionally led HR operations.
In addition to her corporate experience, Maria ran her own independent bookkeeping and accounting practice, further demonstrating her versatility, leadership, and commitment to delivering results.

She worked as an accounting analyst for nearly three years at a retail company in the Philippines, where she developed a solid foundation in financial data management and operations. This experience honed her skills in organization, attention to detail, time management, and critical thinking.
