Sagar earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and holds an MBA from Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in both New Jersey and New York.
Experience
Sagar Khant is a Certified Public Accountant and the Principal of Full Cycle CFO, a full-service virtual accounting and tax firm. He began his career at a boutique firm in California, then advanced through roles at global leaders such as Ernst & Young, RSM, and Deloitte & Touche. These experiences solidified his expertise in both accounting and taxation.
Throughout his career, Sagar has advised clients across a wide range of industries—including hedge funds, private equity, healthcare, retail, real estate, graphic design, manufacturing, and professional services. His core focus is tax accounting, where he provides strategic, high-impact guidance to individuals, entrepreneurs, and corporate professionals.
Blending technical precision with a strategic mindset, Sagar draws on his CPA background and MBA training to help clients navigate complex financial landscapes and achieve their business goals.
What led him to create Full Cycle CFO was this lifelong journey for information tied to working with passionate and knowledgeable teams. What he enjoys most about his career is the entrepreneurial spirit seen among business owners. He hears excitement in his client’s voices every time he talks to them – even if they are having a stressful day. Maria Beechan, CB, Account Manager
Education
Maria holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Chapman University and stays actively engaged in the accounting community through various professional organizations and activities. She is committed to ongoing learning and regularly completes continuing education to maintain her Certified Bookkeeper designation through the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers.
Experience
Maria is an accomplished professional with extensive expertise in accounting, finance, and human resources. She brings a well-rounded perspective to every role, drawing on a successful track record of improving processes and strategies for both small businesses and large organizations across multiple industries.
Her career spans key leadership roles, including Accounting Manager for a wholesaler and retailer serving commercial and industrial clients, where she oversaw collections, sales and tax filings, month-end close, special projects, and accounts receivable. In this role, she worked closely with the business owner and collaborated with a CPA to deliver accurate, timely financial reporting.
Previously, Maria served as Accounting and Administration Manager for a refrigeration and HVAC company, where she managed staff and handled core bookkeeping functions. She has also held Controller roles at a technology manufacturer in the government sector, a manufacturing company, and a payroll services firm—where she additionally led HR operations.
In addition to her corporate experience, Maria ran her own independent bookkeeping and accounting practice, further demonstrating her versatility, leadership, and commitment to delivering results.
With her dual proficiency in accounting, Thea brings exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail—refined through years of experience in accounts receivable and financial analysis in the retail industry.

She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, majoring in Financial Management, from Notre Dame of Dadiangas University in the Philippines. She aspires to pursue a master’s degree in the future to further enhance her expertise.
Experience
Before joining Full Cycle CFO, Thea gained strong expertise in accounts receivable and organizational processes. She worked as an accounting analyst for nearly three years at a retail company in the Philippines, where she developed a solid foundation in financial data management and operations. This experience honed her skills in organization, attention to detail, time management, and critical thinking.
With a background in both accounting and sales, Flor combines financial expertise with strong client relations—bringing precision, problem-solving, and a passion for helping businesses grow.

With a background as an Accounting Associate and Sales Agent, she excels in financial management, bookkeeping, and customer service. Flor is also highly skilled in communication, data entry, and organization, making her a reliable partner for both administrative support and virtual assistance.
